HOI AN ECO-TOUR

Your private tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and provide an outline of the sights to see on this tour. The tour starts by bike riding through the countryside, where you can indulge on the picturesque scenery of our beautiful countryside. While biking through the breathtaking countryside, there is also an ancient pagoda to stop off and take pictures at before arriving at the TraQue vegetable village. The village is well known for its fertilization, producing some of Vietnam’s tastiestand sweetest vegetables. Discover the secret of how the farmer’s grow the vegetables by using organic fertilizers such as seaweed and then transplanting the vegetables as well as watering them with a special water combined with basil and mint. Experience every day life of a farmer by participating in agricultural activities such as hoeing soil, collecting seaweed from the river as well as transplanting and watering the vegetables.
Once you have finished at the village, we will continue to ride our bikes along the countryside where we will come across many shrimp farms. Here you can take many beautiful pictures of the farms as well as local animals such as ducks, cows, birds and bamboo. Along the way you will also find traditional Vietnamese cemeteries and a small bridge in the rural way. Here, you may also want to ride a water buffalo on the fields with an experienced farmer. Many tourists have commented that this is an experience you must do!
After this we will then move onto the water coconut palm forest where you will have the chance to experience a unique ride in a basket boat with the local people. You will be given the option to purchase some local gifts such as coconut leaves, watches, hats, jewelry etc. You will then have a local Vietnamese lunch and ride back to your hotel.
