Our tour guide will pick you up from the hotel lobby and go over the day’s program with you.

Firstly , we will go to Hoi An market where we will pick up some more ingredients needed for our cooking class. You will you can feel the bustle of the morning market, have an opportunity to have a direct contact with sellers. You might also learn some tips of “bargaining” when going shoping . Then you will have a sighseeing  along the Thu Bon River  by boat. On the river, you have a chance to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Vietnam, the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fishermen here. We will then head back to a local restaurant located near the river by basket boat. Basket boats are well known along the coast of Vietnam and many local fishermen use these every day. Once we have arrived at the restaurant, we will begin the cooking class. Here you will learn how to cook some delicious traditional Vietnamese cuisine, demonstrated by the chef. You will then be able to enjoy the meal you have prepared.
The menu on offer is as follows:
– Fresh spring roll without rice paper
– Deep fried spring roll
– Banh Xeo – Rice pancake with fresh salad
– Stir fried beef with “La Lot” leaf
– Seasonal fresh fruits
This is the menu that is generally offered to guests, however, should you wish to change this to something else, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.
